Orders typically take 1-7 business days (Monday-Friday) to process.
Processing time is not the same as delivery time. While you may have selected priority/expedited shipping, processing time is not included in the delivery time frame provided at checkout.

Please ensure shipping addresses are input correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for undeliverable/lost packages due to
incorrect addresses.

Undeliverable/returned packages will be subject to a reship fee
under the customers responsibility. Undeliverable/returned
packages will not reship by luckyEyeU unless the reship fee is
paid.

Lost/missing packages are not under the responsibility of
luckyEyeU. In the event your package is marked as delivered and it has
not been received, you must contact the United States Postal
Service (1-800-275-8777) immediately and file a claim. luckyEyeU is not liable for packages that are lost/stolen/delayed by the
carrier.
